We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to offer this appointment to another patient who needs access to our care.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

Late Cancellation/ No Show Policy

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge a fee of $50.

We understand that situations such as medical emergencies occasionally arise when an appointment cannot be kept and adequate notice is not possible. These will be considered on a case by case basis.

Repeated Late Cancellations/ No Shows

Patients who repeatedly miss appointments without providing 24-hour cancellation notice may be charged a higher fee and/ or be dismissed from the practice.

Our goal is to provide quality healthcare to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows and late cancellances delay the delivery of health care to other patients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
